IT&OPs Analytics and Control Manager

We are now hiring an Analytics and Control Manager who will become a day-to-day business partner across the IT & Operations organization. You will drive the financial and operational reporting to support great decision making.

You will work with

• Planning, Analysis, Control & Reporting of the activities and deliverables requires by the IT&OPs Analysis & Control Governance Model, including:
  • Budget & Financial
  • Resources & Vendors DashBoard & Reporting
  • Performance analytics
  • Control of Corporate Governance Model implementation 
• Support to the Nordic Operations Director and Nordic AML Director in Management Decision making process 
• Support to the CIO, CISO, CDO & IT&OPs Director in Management Decision making process
• Collaboration and Coordination between IT& OPs and SCB's Financial Control and Organization & Cost functions

Our dream candidate

• Economics Business Administration and/or Finance background
• 5-7 years of financial analysis and accounting experience
• Extended experience in Governance, Planning, Control and Reporting
• Experience in Management Information, KPIs and Dashboard
• Good spoken and written English
• Efficient and service oriented
•  A team player
• Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure
