VESSEL OPERATOR

• Overall operational responsibility for assigned trades
• Coordination of vessels/voyages & cargo in close dialogue with all stakeholders
• Optimize assigned vessel/voyage results through combining maximum capacity utilization with cost efficient operations
• Follow up suppliers to deliver according to contract in assigned ports
• Work closely with customer responsible to priorities cargo and produce forward shipment plans
• Ensure correct invoices according to ordered labor and port operations–SOF
• Focus on keeping t/c result according to budget

STOWAGE PLANNER

• Responsible for planning efficient and effective stowage plans for multi-port voyages
• Optimise vessels stowage / logistics on-board to ensure quick cargo operation in port
• Communicate, Support, and instruct Stevedores and Vessel command before and during operations
• Work closely with Trade & Analysis teams to maximise intake of cargo
• Ensure all cargo and vessel safety guidelines are met
• Provide On-Sight Supervision for challenging load / discharge scenarios
• Assist at Booking level with Cargo Acceptance and Cargo Lashing supervision
• Participate in projects related to Stowage and Operational issues
• Be flexible to assist, short term, in other Operational positions

Requirements for both roles

• Operational experience in a shipping environment
• Strong understanding of transportation processes and customer expectations
• Self-driven, structured and analytical
• Always ahead of the game
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Working languange in the Company is english
