Planning Coordinator (KM 19-041)

This position is located at Kongsberg Maritime AS in Horten, Bekkajordet, and is a part of the logistics department. In this position there is close collaboration internal with other departments, and also with Kongsberg Maritime AS other locations, in Norway and some locations abroad. Supplier contacts.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Estimate material requirements for dedicated items.
• Perform operational purchasing and contact with suppliers
• Follow-up undelivered purchase confirmation and purchase order line
• Update and issue operational plan for operation meetings.
• Assist within the team and focus on improvements

Requirements

•  Bachelor or equivalent
• Advantage with skills through logistics experience or education
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft programs, Microsoft Dynamics AX or equivalent ERP system, with special knowledge in the purchase- and planning modules
• Fluency in English and Norwegian, both verbal and in writing
