The relations/member success manager will be the key contact between defined Nordic members (e.g. in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland) and the rest of the Nordic Financial CERT organization. Reports to the general manager.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain organizational and personal relationships with members (a broad range of financial institutions in the Nordics); help them get good value from their membership
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners/stakeholders
  • Ensure success within NFCERT member community and external network
  • Have a situational overview (cyber incidents situation picture) and contribute to coordinating some cases/incidents (this is needed to in order to engage members)

 

Required competence

  • Ability to build good relations with members, partners/stakeholders (including government) and vendors – navigating a sometimes complex/political environment. Communicate well with all levels - management/administrative and technical personnel
  • Software/Technical understanding, with some IT security knowledge
  • An understanding of the financial sector, the central roles (financial institutions, key vendors, FSA, National bank, associations)
  • An overview/understanding of the legal framework for cyber security work in financial institutions
  • Experience with communication and cooperation in organizations of all sizes. Good understanding of organizations.
  • Master's degree, e.g. M.Sc. in software or cybersecurity
  • Languages:

- English as the main working language – fluent written and oral

- One of Danish, Swedish or Norwegian – fluent written and oral

  • Process driver / some project management

 

Competencies that will be a plus

  • Hands-on experience with Danish digital financial services, including NemID, Dankort and MobilePay.
  • Experience with cyber incident response (cyber-attacks/cyber-crime/fraud)
  • Experience with incident response with multiple actors involved (e.g. customer and multiple vendors/other stakeholders.)
  • Experience with FSA (Finanstilsyn) relations and central financial infrastructure
  • Experience with participating in, or running – threat sharing groups and activities


Personal characteristics

  • Cooperation-oriented. Must be able to create good working relation with members, partners and vendors
  • Ability to see many perspectives, and to change between then (e.g. from detailed technical perspective to sector-overview)
  • Structured, curious and passionate

 

Other

  • Candidate must pass security clearance
  • Travel expected in the Nordic Countries (weekly/bi-weekly). Currently mainly Copenhagen/Denmark
