We are looking for an experienced financial controller, to undertake financial management including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. The position is new and will be part of the Group’s Finance team, located at TOMRA HQs in Asker and reports to Group Controller.
Responsibilities
• Provide financial analyses as needed
• Prepare, monitor and report financial KPIs
• Prepare and report financial reporting of TOMRA Group subsidiary in Norway, including monthly reporting and regulatory reporting of financial statements / tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional controller duties and ad-hoc projects related to transfer pricing, company income tax and expat tax
Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Audit or similar
• 5 years of overall combined financial and accounting experience
• Proven working experience as a financial controller
• Thorough knowledge of business analytics and accounting principles
• Advanced accounting and financial reporting software user skills
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Experience from working in international companies
