Job Description:
Join the team growing our brands in the newly created operations in the Nordics. You will be one of the first employees in our newly set up organization in Norway, building the sales business from the ground up. Forging strong relationships with local wholesalers and national accounts will be key to ensuring that we meet our ambitious growth targets.
Main accountabilities:
- Wholesaler management
- Build a relationship with local wholesalers
- Ensure listings at wholesalers to secure distribution in on-trade
- Negotiate and implement our wholesaler compensation model
- Build a relationship with local wholesalers
- Account management
- Map and connect key customers & accounts in Norway
- Engage in tenders and negotiations to secure listings for our brands
- Drive rate of sale through implementation of promotions and activations
- Map and connect key customers & accounts in Norway
- Brand activation
- Drive brand awareness through strong activation calendars with wholesalers and key sales accounts
- Act as SPOC for the marketing and trade marketing team
- Follow up on local roll-out of our marketing calendar
- Drive brand awareness through strong activation calendars with wholesalers and key sales accounts
Skills and Experience:
- Fluent Norwegian and English
- Experience in sales
- Proven networker, strong at building relationships
- Financial knowledge, able to manage a P&L
- Brand activation experience
- Prepared to work in a fast paced environment with daily challenges
- Previous experience of FMCG field
