For one of our large clients within the oil and gas industry, we are now hiring a skilled Personnel Coordinator for a long-term assignment. If you have minimum 3 year Higher Education / university degree in relevant subjects or longer work experience you might just be the person we are looking for. Workplace: Kokstad, Bergen. Startup: Asap.

Main tasks:

Follow HR requirements of the different countries and in the different customer contracts
Plan and monitor daily activities related offshore service personnel, including travel, schedule, etc.
Call in offshore personnel to meetings
Update of all systems and reports related to personnel in the required systems
Follow-up of the units’ personnel issues in close collaboration with Operations Management
Able to join and contribute to audits within area
Maintain communication and contact with Vendors and offshore Service personnel

Qualifications and experience:

Minimum 3 years higher education in relevant field of study. Long relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role
Good oral and written English language skills
Knowledge of equipment and systems within the scope of work
You have good team working and communication skills, flexible and dedicated
You are able to work independently and take responsibility
You are able to work with extreme accuracy and structure in a systematic way
