As an HR- and recruitment consultant you will work closely with the department leader. The position gives you an opportunity to develop yourself and learn about core HR processes and recruitment processes. The focus of the role will vary depending on demand and the business cycle in general.
HR support (typical activities)
- Update and ensure accuracy and quality of HR data
- Conduct HR analysis and prepare reports and presentations
- Manage and run monthly payroll input (including absence- and vacation management)
- Coordinate training activities
- Prepare and revise contracts and other documents related to employment matters
- Support on updates and revise our employee handbook, and support department leader in implementation of new routines, legislations and policies
Recruitment support (typical activities)
- Contribute to developing requirements specifications and job ads
- Source candidates and proactively build and manage talent pipeline
- Screen candidates and facilitate meetings between candidates and hiring managers
- Administer and coordinate effective recruitment processes
- Act as candidates’ and interviewers’ point of contact before, during and after recruitment process
- Be responsible for administrative HR tasks related to onboarding and offboarding

- You are structured, detail oriented and finish what you start
- You have excellent oral and written presentation skills
- You are a service minded team player who understands we are stronger as a team
- You have great work capacity and are flexible in working form and tasks
- You thrive with improvements and optimization of workflow
- You are able to travel for work when necessary for example Sweden, Germany, France and US

Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor or master’s degree
- Experience within recruitment and HR
- Good business understanding
- Digitally talented with proven skills
- Excellent in Norwegian and English
