Provide Payroll related support to Mondelez International Europe legal entities, per service agreements, within the Nordics.

This job participates to execute payroll run and all activities related to payroll posting within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Administrate, coordinate and execute payroll run for at least one of the Nordic organisations.
  • Backup for payroll run for countries not within primarily responsibility
  • Reconciliation of payroll accounts
  • Accounting/posting of journals
  • Follow up of vendors and payments related to payroll
  • Create, analyse and distribute different payroll/ sick leave related reports to the organisation and local HR.
  • Administrate sick leave and coordinate refunds for the valid companies.
  • Communicate with organization, finance and vendors.
  • Time & attendance system administrator/ super user

 Education and Experience 

  • Educated to degree level or significant professional experience in Payroll / Finance/ HR 
  • Knowledge of payroll in one of the following countries Norway/ Sweden/ Denmark/ Finland is required
  • Overview and multitasking required.
  • Able to work efficiently and communicate across a matrix organisation preferred.
  • Structured and self going required

Skills

  • Knowledge on laws and regulations regarding payroll and general HR across the Nordics is an advantage
  • Familiar with payroll process systems
  • Financial posting
  • MS Office and IT experience
  • Communication skills across organisations 
  • Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish
  • Fluent in English
