Arbeidsoppgaver

• Drilling Supply Responsible to TPD Drilling & Well:

• Plan, coordinate and care for the logistical process of equipment and personnel including returns, for drilling and well to assure cost effective, secure and efficient drilling operations

Main tasks:

• Responsible for planning, coordinating and follow up of materials, equipment and personnel

• Active participation in necessary Drilling & Well meetings (morning meetings / planning meetings)

• Develop and maintain good relationships towards both internal customers and contractors/vendors

• Collaborate with other DSRs, logistics coordinators Joint Operations Support(JOS) to ensure optimal utilization of vessels and helicopters

• Support Drilling & Well in procurement processes

• Contribute to drive continuous improvement and apply the Lean improvement toolbox where relevant

• Participate on the 24/7 duty team as a DSR when necessary

• Performance benchmarking of assets logistics efficiency

• Contribute to the development, implementation and follow up of KPIs and performance reporting

• Analyse performance data and provide insight and guidance to relevant stakeholders

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• B.Sc. or MSc degree in SCM, economics or equivalent - Other relevant experience may qualify

• Supply Chain Management understanding

• Commercial mindset Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications

• Language requirements English
