Dovre Group is pleased to offer the following key contract position: Tool Pool worker, Warehouse & Logistics 

Work Location: Stavanger

Startup: 17.03.2019 - 31.08.2019

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Contribute to ensuring that HSEQ requirements are met
• Shipping and receiving of tools and equipment (materials) into the warehouse and material management tool (IFS).
• Perform visual inspection of materials upon receipt
• Maintenance of materials, where applicable
• Packing, labelling and preparation of materials for shipment offshore
• Assist with expediting and follow-up goods receipt, shipping and storage for materials.
• Ensure that the project receives the right materials at the right place and the right time.
• Maintains a safe working environment in accordance with procedure and regulations

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• Local resource based in Stavanger. (No commuting arrangement considered at this time.)
• Forklift certificate (trucksertifikat T1-T2-T4)
• Driver's license
• Good computer skills: Excel, Word and Outlook
• Good communication skills
• Independent, systematic and solution-oriented
• Preferred experience in warehouse, logistics and/or related business

Preferred skills:

• 2 years' experience in warehouse, logistics and/or related business
• Good knowledge of regulations, as well as operating standards and methods
• Good written and verbal skills in Norwegian and English
• Knowledge and skill in IFS (ERP system)
• NOG 116 - Packing, Securing and Transport of Goods (pakking, sikring og transport av last kompetanse)

• Good communication skills.
• Independent, systematic and solution-oriented
• Good written and verbal skills in Norwegian and English
• Positive team player.
• Language: Norwegian and English
