Main responsibilities and tasks
- Software programming and development as part of the team
- Deliver and test software modules within time and spec
- Programming communication interfaces and tag systems
- Program interfaces towards maintenance systems
- Programming of data handling and processing
- Coordinate with HMI group presentation and manipulation of data
- Production of relevant documentation
Qualifications & personal attributes
- Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science
- Looking for experience in relevant areas, but we will evaluate graduates also.
- Familiar with .Net, Script languages and HMI systems
- Familiar with data processing, data bases and distributed systems
- Familiar with continuous integration
Preferred qualifications
- Machine programming in Siemens systems is a plus
- Machine understanding
- Maintenance systems
- Monitoring systems
We are looking for someone who is flexible, a team-player, curious and willing to learn. Fluency in English, both written and oral, is a requirement. Fluency in Norwegian is an advantage.
This is a permanent staff position based at Kristiansand.
