Nets is seeking a Functional Analyst

As a Functional Analyst within Nets eCommerce products you will be working closely with the Product Owner and the Scrum Master to define the development tasks for our target platform for the future.

In this position you will join Nets MS eCommerce Product Management team. In the team we have all Product Owners for Netaxept, Easy and Paytrail plus Product Managers, Delivery Managers and Functional Analysts. The Functional Analyst role plays the closest role to tech/IT and bridge high level priorities with clear requirements.

Nets MS eCommerce Product Management is today distributed across Nordics and a close cooperation with our colleagues at Concardis in the DACH region. I.e. this is an opportunity to be part of an international working environment in the very centre of Nets strategic focus and investment.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Active contribution to defining product strategy in close collaboration with manager and team
• Work closely with the PO to set product requirements
• Motivate and support the dev. team (IT) using agile processes
• Active contribution to the improvement of agile product development processes
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders

Your professional qualifications include:

• Agile product management and product development
• Functional analysis and ability to transform business goals into concrete technical development tasks
• Good understanding of IT development languages, processes and practices
• Good understanding of .NET and Java programming
• Preferably prior experience within the payments industry
• Language skills in English (Nordic languages is a plus)
• Experience from working within cross functional teams in a project organization

Preferable you also have degree within economics, business or computer engineering. Compensating experience is also considered

• Ability to absorb, analyze and communicate complex issues to a broad audience, adapting the message as appropriate
