Innovation Project Manager (EU projects)

Key Tasks:

·      Ensure the proper level of co-ordination and co-operation among the project activities;

·      Co-ordinate with other projects, programs, agencies, external entities and relevant stakeholders for achieving larger synergies and ensuring maximum impact;

·      Develop and maintain KPIs of selected projects, assessment of the action performance and delivering progress reports;

·      Process management and proposal development;

·      Project technical writing, detailed activities and outputs drafting;

·      Contribute to close integration between international projects and the rest of DigitalNorway’s activities

Responsibilities:

DigitalNorway has received funding for the H2020 project titled “Digital Enterprise Innovations for Bioimaging, Biosensing and Biobanking Industries (DIGI-B-CUBE)” together with 8 European partners.  The IPM will be responsible for the daily implementation and management of DIGI-B-CUBE, under the direct supervision of the Head of International Projects. He/she will play a pivotal liaison role with all internal and external stakeholders, spanning all Work Packages (WPs) and tasks of DIGI-B-CUBE project implementation. These include but are not limited to:

·      Monitor the overall progress of the project;

·      Act as the centre of communication between all internal and external stakeholders

·      Champion the preparation of deliverables (direct liaison with DIGI-B-CUBE WP Leaders and DigitalNorway team)

·      Responsible for DIGI-B-CUBE data management and timely submission of reports;

·      Based on the project requirements the PM shall be available for occasional travelling abroad.

Key Qualifications & Experience (Q&E):

·      University Degree

·      3 -years of working experience in EU project proposal and management / business development

·      Fluent in written and spoken English

·      Ability to work independently

·      Innovation management experience and understanding of the needs of start-up’s and companies in acceleration stages

·      Service oriented, good organisation skills, good communication skills, eye for detail, team spirit

·      Rigorous and able to meet deadlines and priorities

·      Able to draft routine correspondence and edit materials

·      Fully computer literate; knowledge of the main software and programmes

·      Flexibility, adaptability and solidarity with co-workers

Since the IPM will serve as a link between international projects and other activities at DigitalNorway, Norwegian-speaking candidates are preferred.
