Duties and responsibilities

3D modelling of new valve designs, fabrication drawings

Sales support when needed 

Creating documentation: MRBs, IOM, Testing procedures,

Requirements:

At least B.Sc engineering degree from relevant field; Valve Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, etc.

Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor Professional, Autodesk Vault, Autodesk AutoCAD Mechanical

Knowledge of material used in O&G application

Excellent skills in the English language


Senior Valve Design Engineer

Duties and responsibilities

Develop new Valve Designs and drawings and make Design reports

Review Technical specifications and recommend the correct designs

Structural calculations and FEA

Sales support when needed 

Requirements

At least B.Sc engineering degree from relevant field; Valve Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, etc.

At least 5 years of experience of designing valves (including strength calculations) according to API6A, API17D, API600, API602, ASME, DNV codes

Excellent Knowledge of Subsea/Topside valves: Ball, Gate, Globe, Check, Plug, Choke, Rotary Gate

Knowledge of Subsea/Topside pipeline systems,

Excellent Knowledge of Norsok & Tr2000 specification/materials

Experience with the production & assembly floor

Knowledge of CNC machining process

Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor Professional, Autodesk Vault, Autodesk AutoCAD Mechanical

Wide experience with instrument actuated valves calculation and specification

Experience with FEA/CFD in an advantage

Excellent skills in the English language
