Experienced Procurement Manager

We are looking for a motivated and structured Procurement Manager to further strengthen our organization.

Qualifications
• Preferred higher education in procurement, supply chain or a relevant Discipline (Extensive experience can compensate for lack of formal competency)
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience from similar roles
• Experience from IMR projects is preferred
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined person with management experience
• Knowledge and understanding of requirements and Standards related to the offshore and maritime industry
• Structured with good communication skills
• Experience with writing procedures and implementation of new processes
• Flexible and solution oriented attitude that enjoys working  in a continuous changing environment
• Fluent oral and written English language.

Job description:
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Be responsible to manage all procurement and supply chain management aspects of Swire Seabed, hereunder contribute to the development and improve related processes, procedures and documents
• Responsible to ensure monitoring and maintenance of the company’s procurement management system which also should include purchasing processes in all departments on and offshore
• Support the organization onshore, offshore and clients as required
• Ensure that the company is compliance and act in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, standards and regulations
• Be able to train/familiarise the organisation in purchasing processes
• Be able to assist in day to day purchasing when required
• Perform audits of and establish framework agreements with suppliers.
