Nordic Nanovector's lead clinical-stage candidate is Betalutin®, a novel CD37-targeting Antibody-Radionuclide-Conjugates (ARC) designed to advance the treatment of non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL). NHL is an indication with substantial unmet medical need, representing a growing market forecast to be worth nearly USD 20 billion by 2024. Nordic Nanovector intends to retain marketing rights and to actively participate in the commercialisation of Betalutin® in core markets.

Project Director

Nordic Nanovector (NANO) is looking for a highly experienced project director to lead a commercial readiness project.

About the role
The project director will oversee the execution of the commercial readiness plan which is threefold:  supporting the planning and execution of production facilities upgrade, liaising with the CMC and quality teams to align operations with quality deliverables and 3) supporting new and existing manufacturing staff in the execution of process development, characterization and validation activities for the up-stream process.

Main responsibilities:
* Act as the project lead for the commercial readiness project, liaising with a CMO and Nordic Nanovector teams on the execution and milestone reporting.
* Design a detailed project plan in collaboration with the CMO's Managing Director and NANO's acting CTOO and ensure its timely execution, reporting on progress and keeping cost under control.
* Implement project plan, remediation, actions and reporting oversight.
* Responsible for planning, hosting and chairing regular project meetings, being accountable for agenda and protocol/action list preparation, distribution and follow up.
* Identify potential issues/deviations and perform risk assessments, leading resolution and/or contingency planning efforts by the project team.
* Monitor and report project budget.
* Responsible for ensuring execution of cross-functional project activities and tracking progress of project plan (time, resources).

What we are looking for:
* PhD degree or Master's degree with strong experience in biotech/ biopharma industry.
* Minimum of 10 years' of GMP manufacturing experience of antibodies or proteins.
* Experience from planning and designing pharmaceutical facilities is an advantage.
* GMP experience with Biological manufacturing is essential.
* Experience from FDA PAI inspections and establish routines for the commercial phase
* Expert project/program management capabilities, including advanced competence in use of program management and budgeting tools (MS Project or similar).
* Proven leadership skills in fulfilling milestones while appreciating the teams' views and contributions.

Reporting line, location and compensation.
The position is located in Oslo and will report into NANO's acting CTOO. Nordic Nanovector offers a challenging and exciting role in one of Norway's most innovative biotech companies. Level of compensation will reflect experience and qualifications.

The position will be a temporary employment for 24 months and further employment thereafter would need to be discussed.
