Experienced CTO for a unique and successful software company

Admincontrol is looking for an experienced CTO to lead the development of our market leading software solutions. We deliver business critical software as a service applications, for high demanding customers in an international market. We are growing fast and have 98 % customer renewal rate year on year, a great statement of the value we are providing for our customers.

You will be managing a highly competent, dedicated and energetic IT and product team based in Drammen and Greece. We have a team-oriented approach and believe in empowering our colleagues. The position is a part of the senior management team and reports to the Managing Director based in our headquarter in Oslo.

• Staffing and organising the IT department to support further growth

• Understanding data security
• Ensuring that we have an efficient, well-working IT organization, with high employee satisfaction.
• Understand software development, quality assurance and operations in particular 
• Experience with agile working methods
• Budgets and forecasts
• Control use of 3rd parties and vendors
