DevOps Engineer

Right now we are looking for a daring DevOps Engineer to be part of our great Messaging and API Teaming Service Engineering & Integration (SE&I). I am Per Anders Ytterbø, and I am looking for someone to take on the challenge of shaping the New Generation Telco with me and my team.

Every day you will take part of delivering the best mobile network and offer great digital services to our 2,6 million customers. As we are on this journey of digital transformation we focus on continuous development of our solid digital solutions in both business and private markets.

We are 3-6 developers who team up with other developers in SE&I. SE&I is responsible for order management, integration, internal and external API as well as products and services related to our infrastructure and service platforms. The Messaging and API Team and you will develop new messaging services in Telia Norway. Our work in development is according to DevOps principles.

We are continuously facilitating to make eco systems and digital initiatives come to life, and the merging of GET/TDC the coming year will be an exciting benchmark on our journey for you to be a part of.

Your experience

I am primarily looking for a developer with experience in Back End developing, but I am also interested getting to know you who are experienced in Front End developing or you who simply doesn’t have much experience in either fields but would love to develop your skills. 

You are experienced in programming in Java or other languages as a prerequisite to do programming in Java and curious about services related to Big Data analysis. 

You have a degree within engineering or other related to IT and speak and write Norwegian and English fluently.
