- Tasks, but not limited to: ensuring that experience reports are prepared preparing daily reports complete, sign off and ensuring quality in the "Detailed Operational Procedures" (DOP)
- The position entails responsibility for ensuring that the operations on the service rig/well intervention vessel are planned and implemented safely and efficiently in compliance with Company governing documents, goals and strategies as well as statutory and regulatory guidelines.
- Leadership skills are necessary.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Minimum 8 years, max 15 years experience with wireline operations on NCS
- Knowledge in subsea production well systems and work over systems for positions on LWI vessels needed
- Experience as well supervisor is an advantage
- University or higher technical education. Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications
- Hold a valid IWCF – Well control certificate – Supervisor level 4
- Fluent in Norwegian both orally and in writing working on the Norwegian continental shelf
- Knowledge of Company’s IT systems and solutions is an advantage
