Downstream Flow Supervisor

We are looking for a Downstream Flow Supervisor in our Factory Distribution Center in Amot, Norway.

You have the responsibility to organize the downstream flows and improve the manufacturing SC performance. Responsible to run the Distribution Requirement Planning and the Manufacturing Production Scheduling. Ensure the update, quality and  consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management.

• Contribute to the design and the implementation of Material to Production Handling according to company stanadard rules.
• Design the organization of internal flows (physical and informational) according to company satandards and update internal stock (kanban) parameters
• Lead the Master Production Schedule process with the other functions
• Supervise for the plant the waiting queue management
• Managing the plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and leading the continuous improvement of Product Lead Time by animating transversal actions plan
• Monitor and improve the downstream Supply Chain performance at plant level; To be in a continuous improvement approach for On Time Delivery, Customer Lead Time, Inventory
• Be the key user for the department for information system (SAP)
• Support Central teams with forecasting process.

What we are looking for

• Proven working experience in Supply Chain  (3+ years)
• Proven experience with ERP (SAP is a plus) and advanced Excel skills
• Flexibility and reactivity to challenges
• Capacity to plan organization need in the mid-long term
• Capacity to lead change in a fast-paced manner
• Familiarity with warehousing processes and operations as well as production processes
• Very good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work closely with cross functional team and international environment
• Fluent English, and Norwegian.
• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Eagerness to learn
