Norwegian Customer Service Agents for Netflix in fantastic Lisbon!

Lingocruit is recruiting Norwegian speaking customer service representative for a global firm in Lisbon, Portugal. You’ll be working with social interactions through email, live chat and phone for one of the firms major clients, Netflix.

Netflix is an American company offering streaming services of movie and TV content through the internet. You’ll participate in ensuring high quality customer service for the firms 50 million subscribers in over 40 countries. Netflix’s customers watch one billion hours of TV series, movies and original productions per month and we’re looking for dynamic, driven communicators to work with the company’s Norwegian contacts.

Your Job

• Assist clients with their personal accounts, internet surfing and billing
• Ensure Netflix’s excellent quality calls and satisfaction
• Actively listen to the client, show empathy and patience
• Guarantee the quality of the message being transmitted and show good knowledge of the product and services

The ideal candidate

• Native or near native of the Norwegian Language 
• Good knowledge of the English Language (B2)
• Interest in movies and TV series
• Great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills

The salary is €1556/month, please note the considerably lower cost of living in Portugal. The national average for a Portuguese salary is €800/month and rental/living/leisure costs are scaled to this.
