Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Local Implementation and Support team in Oslo, a part of Business Banking. You will be a part of Digital Sales Nordic Agile team and your day-to-day tasks will be planned through an agile framework as part of Nordic Sales Execution team. You will report to Head of Local Implementation Norway. What you'll be doing:- Daily omni-channel content management, including editing, publishing, conversion and search engine optimization
- Communicating with thousands of corporate customers daily through our open pages and to influencing entrepreneurs' daily life
- Consulting product units and other relevant stakeholders about customer centric content that drives sales
- Planning, managing and optimizing content to drive customer experience and sales growth using web analytics data
- Monitoring key customer journey routes and KPI's, such as traffic, bounce, conversion funnels, leads and sales on a regular basis to identify and to execute on areas for optimisation based on web analytics
- Sharing knowledge and best practice of the above with colleagues and stakeholders

- You have digital mindset and understanding of digital customer journeys
- You are customer centric and you base your decisions and opinions on data

- You keep yourself updated on market movements in technology, customer sentiment and the competitive landscape to continuously stay relevant
- You can navigate comfortably in an organization with multiple stakeholders
- You have a great understanding of e-Commerce KPI's, customer journeys, usability and conversion optimization across various marketing channels
- You are an excellent communicator with an eye for details, text, UX and layout, with analytical skills
- Your experience with corporate customers and content management will be an advantage
- You are fluent in spoken and written Norwegian
