Circle K søker Specialist Event

Circle K is looking for a Specialist Event who, as a part of the Events team, will set up exciting and unforgettable events all across the globe for the diverse and challenging family of Circle K.

Position is reporting to Senior Manager Event.

Your tasks will include:

• Gathering of all the necessary information about participants
• Making sure the travel and stay of the guests is safe and comfortable
• Preparation of invitations, smart guides, name badges and signs used at the event
• Procession of all necessary documentation – invoices, as example
• Active support to Event manager during the event

You should have:

• Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities
• High level of stress resistance
• Attention to quality
• Independent and structured approach
• Excellent communication skills and persistence
• A willingness to travel
• Fluent English
• Norwegian language will be considered as an asset
