Asset / Inventory Coordinator

NOV ReedHycalog is a business group within the Wellbore Technologies segment offering eVolve Services where focusing on drilling automation & optimization by use of downhole data and the synergies within NOV. NOV ReedHycalog is the fastest growing business group in NOV and due to our year-on-year growth plan we need new people to help us meet current and future projects as we will intelligent, smarter and more cost efficient solutions to our customers.

Key tasks will include:

• Database management
• Main liaison between NOV ReedHycalog and NOV Tuboscope
• HSEQ

Asset & Inventory management of wired drill pipe & tubulars:

• Improve and support existing asset integrity
• Support facilitation and documentation of inspection
• Coordinating re-work activities
• Responsible for performing cycle count
• Responsible for optimizing parts utilization
• Responsible for safety stock follow up

Operational optimization:

• Process and flow chart optimization
• Depreciation  and cost management

Preparation of tools prior to offshore job:

• Tracking of wired drill pipe & tubulars
• Service request and work order
• Assist sales team

Logistics:

• Operational equipment life cycle – analysis, assessment and integrity management
• Preparation of tools – incoming and outgoing
• Shipping  and delivery management

You should preferably have a degree in Engineering or Mechanical related studies, at minimum have a technical degree (Post-Secondary technical management Courses). Superior skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications are preferred. Previous experience can compensate for education. The position will require daily / weekly travel within Stavanger area – Forus, Tananger and Rennesøy.
