Mechanical Engineer with excellent technical understanding

Role SynopsisKey Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following)

- Responsible for planning, coordination and execution of Mechanical designs

- 3D modeling

- Fabrication drawings

- Quality assurance of received parts

- Bill of materials and preparation for manufacture

- Part creation and BOM within AX12 according to company guidelines

- Follow and help develop company process guidelines for mechanical design

- Ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with the company HSE and QA procedures and standards

- Ensuring that all required safety equipment is available and in good order

Qualifications

Education:
Minimum BEng from Mechanical engineering

Experience:
None required, but experience from similar position or industrial experience is an advantage

Skills & Personal Qualities:
- Excellent technical understanding

- Good overall computer/IT skills

- Good Communication skills, written and oral, Norwegian and English

- Focused on HSE and QASolutions oriented

- Team building and motivational skills

- Adaptable

- Sense of urgency
