Norwegian Technical Department Part-145 is currently seeking a Production Resource Support and System Administrator.

Norwegian is looking for a highly motivated candidate with the ability to work within a demanding, high-paced work environment with a group of passionate and friendly co-workers. This position will work as close support, together with other functions, to serve all our aircrafts located in all our stations.

Tasks

. Coordinate contracted staff for all our stations.
. Contract focal for Staffing Companies and sub-contractors (NDT, Aircraft wash, Tool Calibration etc).
. Follow up all authorizations programs for all groups in our technical production.
. Organize and follow-up digital personal records files within technical production.
. Registrations and follow-up of employees in AMOS (Maintenance Management System) .
. Participation in processes around workforce planning, new stations, seasonal etc.
. In conjunction with the management in Part-145, prepare draft budget regarding contracted staff and sub-contractors.
. Propose changes and improvements to the routines/workflows and procedures when necessary.

Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree / 3-5 years' experience within aviation maintenance/production is beneficial.
. Good IT knowledge, AMOS, Excel.
. Experience/understanding in aviation maintenance Part-66 requirements or willingness to learn.
. Excellent oral and written presentation skills, Scandinavian language and English.
. Absolute prerequisites: Clean criminal record, residence for more than five years in an EU or EFTA state, working permit in Norway.
