HR-coordinator to a big international company

Information about the position: 

On behalf of our collaborator, we are looking for an HR-coordinator to their office located in Oslo. You will be a part of the company’s HR department, which supports over 400 employees in Oslo. For this position as an HR-coordinator you will be responsible for the company’s activities towards universities and colleges.

We are looking for someone with previous experience from coordination, HR, employer branding etc, since this is an independent role with a lot of responsibility. For the right candidate, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in a large international company, where you will work and coordinate between external stakeholders and internal employees, build a large network and get hands-on experience.

Start date: As soon as possible 
Extent: One-year temporary position with the possibility of extension

Work tasks: 

• Be responsible for the company’s activities towards universities and colleges
• Make sure all practicalities are in place and goes as planned
• Coordinate and engage both internally and externally

Requirements:

• A higher education within relevant field such as HR, Communication, etc.
• Relevant experience from coordination, HR, Communication, Employer branding etc. Preferably at least three years
• Fluent in English, and excellent communication skills
