Group Finance Manager - International Company

Infront ASA is in a phase of solid growth and expansion, and is looking to strengthen the company with a Group Finance Manager to the headquarter in Oslo. This is a challenging, operational and highly visible role. You will have the overall responsibility for the Group Financial Statements, including reporting, consolidation and group analysis. In addition to this, you will be working on business cases, improving processes and routines, and contributing to driving the growth of Infront. You will be supported by a competent team of two accountants and one controller, working closely together with the Company's CFO. The right candidate is ambitious, analytical and business oriented, with a great understanding of accounting principles and has a strong commercial focus.

Main responsibilities:

• Business partner for CFO
• Support CFO in business cases and finance tasks
• Manage and develop the accounting function, both internally and externally
• Monthly Group reporting, consolidation and forecasting
• Preparation of the Group annual accounts and equation papers
• Handle ongoing accounting and tax issues
• Improving established routines and processes

Qualifications:

• Master in business, finance or other relevant degree
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, preferably from audit, accounting or controlling 
• Well-developed understanding of accounting and IFRS
• Strong skills and interest in use of consolidation software, Excel and other relevant IT-systems
• Fluent in English, written and orally
• You are used to changing environments and to quickly meet new challenges
