Due to significant growth in our portfolio we are looking to bring on-board a passionate Recruiter, ideally with experience of serving the energy industry in Norway, to deliver both permanent recruitment and temporary staffing processes & related services to exciting international clients such as MHWirth, Aker Solutions and Kværner.

Your key tasks will be to:

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, develop your knowledge & understanding of their business and secure their future employment needs
• Lead, coordinate and execute both permanent recruitment and temporary staffing processes
• Support the development of talent pools within technical, engineering and project administrative disciplines in our proprietary database as well as LinkedIn etc.
• Compose and publish well-worded job adverts on job boards and social media
• Search for candidates and review & process applicants in our recruitment systems
• Coordinate and book interviews with candidates and hiring managersConduct and document reference checks
• Coordinate background screening processes
• Draft employment contracts
• Manage and follow up your portfolio of contractors
• Support the planning and execution of recruitment campaigns & events
• Complete accurate & timely invoicing and register deals in relevant systems

The person we’re seeking is:

• A passionate recruiter who regards recruitment as a highly professional service and is eager to deliver top quality at all stages of the recruitment process
• Has experience of working with/in large organisations, preferably covering technical disciplines
• Has good business understanding and is well-versed in professional recruitment practices including different search methodologies (Boolean etc.)
• Is creative, curious, proactive, energetic and results-driven
• Must be good at talking with people at all levels of an organisation as this role will often require close contact & cooperation with senior stakeholders
• Is good at prioritising tasks and taking initiative even when the pressure is high
