Field Engineer Logging

Key responsibilities (not limited to)
• Fully comply with the company’s Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Systems
• Ensure correct planning of operation including mobilization of correct equipment.
• Evaluate and interpret data during and after logging operations. Analyze well site related problems and apply appropriate technological solution to solve them.
• Assist Clients in screening potential wells requiring intervention services.
• Attend pre- and post-job Client meetings when required.
• Ensure the Client's technical objectives are always understood and effectively communicated to the rest of the team.
• Ensure the job documentation and report is produced to required standard in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate to Line Manager any concerns, suggestions, ideas and improvements.
• Train other engineers in competence of your expertise when required by the Operations Managers
• Maintain sufficient working knowledge of Archer proprietary equipment and commoditized well services equipment that you are required to use.
• Have an active and continuous focus on HSE.

Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree from Technical Collage/Engineering or similar.
• Extensive experience can be accepted in lieu of education

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with cased hole logging tools offshore.
• Certified competence and experience with explosives offshore
• Communicate well in English and Norwegian – both oral and writing.
• Good leadership skills.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
