Nets is exploring our agile journey, would you like to be our agile coach?

We are looking for a focused and inspiring coach and “Agilista” that can drive and support our agile acceleration in Corporate Services with our 35 teams and Nets overall. Can you see yourself encourage, create and be part of communities across Nets. You will also be part of an internal growing agile coaching community.

 
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Supporting and coaching our managers, agile ambassadors and teams.
• Driving the agile acceleration
• Show improvement on the agile acceleration.
• Promote sharing and teach agile courses.
• Agile/Scrum product ownership.

 
We are looking for talents with ambitions – and passion for what they are doing!

Your professional qualifications and background should include:

• Hands on experience with Agile methodologies, ie. as Scrum Master or Product Owner
• Knowledge of cross domain scaled agile methodologies like, SAFe, LESS or Scrum@Scale
• Enjoy leading small or big changes – inspecting and adapting to create value.
• Understanding people as well as process
• Coaching or training experience and passion
• Strong English communication both written and verbal
