UX / Interaction Designer in Drammen

Admincontrol is looking for a UX interaction designer to strengthen the team.

We deliver business critical software as a service applications, for high demanding customers. We are a fast growing company, and have 98 % customer renewal rate. We have well established processes around our agile product development. Creating the best user experience is imperative to our customers and us.  

Are you skilled and passionate about usability and design?
Would you like to be a key player on our great team AND can tackle a bit of humor at work?

You will be working in-house taking our products to the next level together with our R&D team.

Main tasks and key responsibilities:

• Work closely with both the Product Owners and the R&D team
• Develop prototypes, sketches and wireframes 
• Manage and execute user testing 
• Develop and maintain design system
• Be the go-to person on usability and design
• Accessibility in web/apps
   

Secondary skills:

• Experience with agile methods
• Motivated to keep updated on market trends
• Able to understand marked and business value and potential

Key personal skills:

• Must be genuinely interested in creating the best usability for users
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently 
• Structured
• Proactive, committed 
• Efficient and got that inner drive
• Eager to learn and convert knowledge into reality
• Solution oriented
• Very good language skills in both Norwegian and English
