Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a Senior Engineer Instrumentation

Job responsibilities:
• Instrument design and follow up of instrument packages vendors
• Technical responsible (PRE) for instrument packages
• Follow up Instrument vendors and vendor technical documentation
• Ensure that vendor information required for progress of the work is identified and communicated to the project
• Perform and complete engineering documents and data registers
• FAT and vendor survey
• Update of technical and document data register
• Interface to other disciplines and site
• Project scope is new modules and offshore modifications

Your qualifications:
• Education Bachelor degree or Technical College combined with minimum 12 years’ relevant Norwegian Continental Shelf experience
• Ex course
• FSE course
• Minimum 10 years’ experience from engineering in offshore projects located on Norwegian Continental Shelf
• Minimum 2 years’ Experience with PRE activities and responsibilities from green field projects located on Norwegian Continental Shelf
• Experience and deep knowledge of field instrumentation design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL and IEC
• Have good communication skills
• Have a cooperative working attitude
• Multidiscipline understanding
• Ability to work independently as well as in team
• Be systematic and accurate
• Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
• Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
• Communicate well in Norwegian and English - both orally and in writing
