All position will be on a shift plan rotation. Most of our workload is based at night, although we are manned 24/7 365 days a year. Our tasks are to perform all planned and unplanned maintenance on our aircraft. Tasks are allocated work time and described in aircraft maintenance manuals.
Un-planned tasks provide the un-predictable part of our maintenance load. Problems must be solved quickly, under pressure and at the same time meet our requirements to documentation and traceability of parts.
Tasks
. Execute maintenance tasks in accordance with plan and maintenance manuals. Record all work in IT based maintenance management system
. Record and track all changed parts with regard to traceability
. Maintain control of all tools, and maintain safe working environment
Qualifications
. EASA Part 66 is a requirement. Certification on B737 NG/MAX and/or B787 B1/B2 is an advantage
. Valid driver license
. Good IT skills
. Strong English skills
. Fluent in minimum 1 Scandinavian language
. Absolute Prerequisites: Clean criminal record, resident five years or more in an EU or EFTA state and working permit for Norway

. Ability to work in multi-cultural teams. High Integrity
. Able to cope with unpredictable workloads and operate under pressure
