Are you our new Accounting and Controlling Manager?

Within the “Finance & Operations” department, you will directly report to the Head of Finance and Operations and be a member of the management team. You will be in charge of leading a team of 3 employees and an intern with the major areas of responsibilities as:

• Supervise all financial daily activities, such as reporting, accounting, tax, consolidation, account receivables, account payable and treasury
• Responsible for monthly closings (including preparation of financial statements) and ensure that the team is providing financial reporting to Roche Global and local management on time and to a high standard
• Responsible the financial controlling
• In charge of the monthly cost analysis from all departments involved, working closely with the procurement specialist in monitoring all the variances coming from personnel expenses or operational expenses
• With the Head of Finance & Operations, responsible for coordination of the budget process from defining the planning/ guidelines to the final bi-annual target setting
• With support from the team, responsible for the final budget input and the update of the monthly forecasts
• With support from the Chief Accountant, ensure that annual audits are carried out efficiently and all requirements are met (internal and external)
• Improve internal management information system with the support of the Business analyst
• Supporting the Head of Finance & Operations in the deal profit monitoring in customercontracts 

Your experience and skills:

• Master or equivalent in Finance
• 5 years or more of relevant experience in both Accounting and Controlling
• First experience in management (team or project)
• Good knowledge in SAP and Excel
