LNG Process Discipline Lead O 18487

Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For our customer Torgy LNG AS we are now looking for a LNG Process Discipline Lead.

Job responsibilities:

• Leading the international process discipline in different LNG FGSS projects.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and functional areas in order to find the best solution for the company and the project.
• Assist and participate in commissioning, initial operations like tank purging, cool-down, gassing up and gas trial.
• Take a leading role in technical meetings with clients and sub-suppliers and whenever it’s required.

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor degree in Chemistry or process related engineering. Mechanical degree can also be evaluated if experience is process oriented
• Minimum 8-10 years or relevant experience.
• As process lead; build up strong relations and knowledge within the discipline, based on company’s strategy and values.
• Excellent system understanding from terminal to consumer.
• Knowledge about relevant rules and regulations from IMO, ISO Standards, SGMF, SIGTTO and all larger class societies.
• LNG experience is required and preferably within marine fuel gas supply systems and/or cargo handling systems.
• Being able to perform, check, verify and follow-up process design development work, such as calculations, simulations, reports and procedures.
• Loyal to deadlines and quality requirements.

Job Specifications:
Working place: Tønsberg, but travelling must be expected. 20-40 days per year
