We are looking for a project manager who would like to lead cross-functional teams in an organization with business units, markets and suppliers in multiple locations across borders. As a project manager in Orkla Health it is your responsibility to deliver projects within scope, on time and in budget, by planning and organizing resources and people.
You will be part of the project management team within R&D at Orkla Health. The position is located in Oslo (Skøyen).
Main tasks and responsibilities
* As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing projects from idea to outcome. Successful projects are delivered within scope, on time, in budget, and also stakeholder satisfaction
* You will lead cross functional projects – within innovation, technology, improvement or value chain
* You will be responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of the project. Risk management, cross functional teamwork and budget control is critical to deliver in line with the project scope.
* Lead, motivate and manage the project team
* Secure involvement from and report regularly to stakeholders and management
* Run parallel projects in a structured and efficient manner
* Co-responsible of project management methodology and innovation process
Candidate profile
* You have a proven track record from project management with cross functional teams and across borders
* You have 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably from leading FMCG/PCG or management consulting
* You hold a bachelor/master degree in business, marketing, food science, engineering or equivalent
* You are fluent in one Scandinavian language and English, both spoken and written

* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to set the agenda and take lead in cross-functional teams and multiple projects
* Highly structured with strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Constructive challenger and strong collaborator, with the ability to convince, inspire and motivate others
* Solid stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization
* Business oriented and results-driven with high working capacity
* Proactive and with a self-driven working style
