Responsibilities:
- Work as a process improvement specialist
- Look at processes from a high-level perspective as well as at the micro level in order to size up gaps and problems, develop solutions, and implement those solutions
- Developing and setting up internal SCM usage of Oracle Including running, follow-up, support and problem solving
Qualifications:
- Academic (Minimum Bachelor) qualification and 5-10 years of relevant working experience
- Strong experience in an MRP environment
- Knowledge of quality systems and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Solid business analysis skills and ability to transform requirements into feasible solutions
- Change agent with good facilitating and project management skills, with a ‘can-do’ mentality
- Must be an excellent communicator and be able to facilitate cross-functional collaboration meetings
- Experience form international organizations is an advantage
- Fluent in Norwegian and English skills written and oral
