System & Process Coordinator

• Work as a process improvement specialist
• Look at processes from a high-level perspective as well as at the micro level in order to size up gaps and problems, develop solutions, and implement those solutions
• Developing and setting up internal SCM usage of Oracle Including running, follow-up, support and problem solving

• Academic (Minimum Bachelor) qualification and 5-10 years of relevant working experience
• Strong experience in an MRP environment
• Knowledge of quality systems and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Solid business analysis skills and ability to transform requirements into feasible solutions
• Change agent with good facilitating and project management skills, with a ‘can-do’ mentality
• Must be an excellent communicator and be able to facilitate cross-functional collaboration meetings
• Experience form international organizations is an advantage
• Fluent in Norwegian and English skills written and oral
