Now, we're building a new Nordic IT organization. And we want you to be a part of it.

We need a Nordic Enterprise Architect, teaming up as a change agent. If this is you, we want you to provide technical leadership and consulting across the organization, on strategic decisions and architectural methodologies. If you have extensive experience from business critical IT change projects, and expertise within Enterprise Architecture, you probably have the experience and competence to succeed. If you also find it motivating to drive and implement Nordic change in a global financial institution, then this most likely is an interesting role for you.

Areas of responsibility

• Making the Santander Nordic IT architecture support the business strategy and goals
• Analyze trends and best practices to identify best-in-class EA direction for Santander Nordic
• Define and maintain Nordic EA principles, policies and standards in adherence with policies from Santander Global

Main Deliveries

• Supervise in architectural issues for project and change work throughout the organization
• Utilize the business resources efficiently in line with current priorities
• Build good relationships with the business and user environment based on professional, mutual trust
• Be the internal and external main contact point regarding IT architecture
• Active participation in governance processes that ensure good and secure solution choices for Santander Nordic
• Increase employee knowledge and skills to support future growth

Competence and personality requirements

• Documented, relevant IT skills and practical experience with the application of one or more architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
• Knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies and market trends
• Confident as a leader with good motivational skills
• Analytical and systematic
• Experience as Enterprise Architect in a medium-sized/large business, preferably from the financial industry
• Relevant experience as a solution architect in major business projects and from system development
• Holistic view of the business, strategies and application portfolio requirements
• Good ability to work in project form and independently
