As our Nordic IT Operations Manager you are responsible for developing a professional IT Operations organization in a Nordic multivendor landscape – shaping and building the operations. You have knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends within IT operations and support, and have the ability to communicate with both business and IT-employees on all levels.

Areas of responsibility

• Operate the Enterprise Nordic IT Infrastructure and Applications according to business requirements
• Function as Head of the Nordic Operations Team  
• Ensuring sound operations, asset control and incident/change management 
• Maintaining cooperation with external vendors
  
  

Main deliveries 

• Operate a multispeed IT architecture (Bi-Modal IT) 
• IT Service Management/ITIL - Implementation and operation 
• Secure that IT Operations are delivered within the Santander policy and risk framework. 
• Continuously develop the organizational competency and capabilities within area of expertise
  

Competence and personality requirements 

• Knowledge of emerging of technologies and market within IT Operations and support 
• Documented, relevant IT skills and practical experience from IT operations, ITIL process framework and support systems 
• Experience as IT Operations Manager in medium-sized / large business, preferably from the financial industry
• Experience from procurement and vendor management 
• Good understanding and experience from operating a multi-vendor environment
