Marketing Production and Graphic Design Specialist

Main task:

To develop and manage all aspects of packaging, hang tag and label development for the complete HH Sport and HH Work Wear assortment as well as other marketing production & graphic design tasks.

Key Accountabilities:

Hangtag and Packaging coordinator

• • • Development of packaging, hangtag, label related artworks either internally or through an agency and/or partner.
    • Thoroughly follow up on any product modifications that involves packaging, hangtags and/or labels.
    • Responsible for keeping all timelines
    • Briefing suppliers and being main contact for suppliers
    • Image handling and manipulation
    • Prepress, color management, choice of material and graphic design adjustments
    • Archiving artwork, creating different file types and managing appendix numbers
    • Keeping all artworks in a systematic filing system.

General Marketing Production Support

• Coordinate and checking of translation of seasonal copy (hang tags, packaging & catalogues)

• • • Catalogues for Sportswear and Workwear
    • • Follow up on product updates through-out the season (digital workbook)
    • Asset editing; Images
    • Support in creating and updating Brand material such as Brand Guidelines
    • Support in creating digital assets such as instore templates, small booklets/leaflets to be handed out at events/sales meeting graphics
    • Support with content mock-ups/adaptation of the Sportswear and Workwear website such as banners, POS for retail, Ads
    • Support the marketing team with asap and general requests such as chart creation, powerpoint presentations

Key competencies/experience

• Preferred Bachelor Degree
• Preferred 2+ years of related experience
• Graphic Design and/or Media Communications Degree
• Great knowledge in Adobe programs such as Illustrator, In-design and Photoshop
• Retouching of Images/Adaptation of assets
• Project Management Skills
• Able to run multiple tasks with a tight & clear overview.
• High ability to work independently
• Interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
• Quick learner, organized, detail and performance orientated
• Good understanding of image formats, programs and handling
• Be highly familiar with Excel, Power point and Word
• Language skills - must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Interested in the HH world of skiing, sailing, outdoors, training or workwear
• Have a strong conviction in the importance of brands and role of marketing
• General understanding of sporting goods retail
