Tesla is looking for a Charging Consultant to drive our efforts in Scandinavia.

In this multi-disciplinary role, you will enable sales by developing business models for overnight charging solutions.

Furthermore, you will support the installation process for customers while you grow and maintain both a network of certified installers and manage relationships with local service providers.

You will be working out of Oslo, Norway.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the daily charging needs of our customers and develop solutions together with local providers. Scale this partnerships to support exponential growth of infrastructure demand.
• Become an expert in charging and electrical installation requirements in your market: develop in-depth knowledge on infrastructure, hardware, regulation and safety
• Create relationship with national and local representatives to share best-practices and consult on charging infrastructure development
• Be the point person for customer-facing teams for charging inquiries and consult on potential solutions.
• Grow, manage and maintain relationship with our local network of installers.
• Collect business requirements for process improvements for your regions. Adapt global objectives towards local needs.
• Create content and provide training sessions for customer facing teams and installers operating in our network

Required Knowledge, Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or a similar quantitative study
• Capacity to work independently, detail oriented, and execution focused
• Ability to educate on complex topics and work with technical specialists
• Proven record of prioritizing effectively and handle shifting priorities
• Excellent customer orientation and proven track record
• Ability to work across multiple systems and platforms
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, other Nordic languages are a plus
