Do you want to transform how insurances are used digitally? Insurance is difficult and for many confusing! When can I use my insurance and how do I do it? These questions are not easy to answer, and If has not answered them well enough today. “How do I report a claim, and which claim form shall I use?”, “How do I fill it out?” and, “What is the status of my claim?”, these are all questions our customers tend to ask us.

Our new Business Developer will help transform If to become the “smooth” insurance company where reporting and following up on claims is safe, easy and can be done fast.

Who we are?

We are a team of cross-functional Business Developers improving the whole customer journey, from buying and keeping insurances updated to reporting and following up on claims.

Our ambition is to create the best customer services throughout this journey. We want the customers to say: “Hey, that was smooth!”

If serves more than 3 million private and around 350 000 commercial customers. Our team works primarily towards the commercial market, but finding and utilizing synergies with our private colleagues is increasingly becoming more relevant and crucial for our success.

What are we looking for?

To cover the whole customer journey in one team, we are now looking for a Business Developer to focus on improving our claims journey before, during and after reporting a claim.

Who you are?

We think that you are a natural at building strong networks and that you love discussing your ideas and opinions with others. You drive initiatives, you make decisions, you know how to think big and start small.

It’s an advantage if you’ve been working within the insurance industry before, but not a requirement. Likewise, a university degree within economics or technology and/or experience as a Business Developer / Product owner / manager working with agile development processes in a digital tech company are nice features.

What you will do?

As a Business Developer in Digital Claims for If Commercial you will be driving development in one or several development teams serving all our customers in the Nordics. As one of several digital business developers, you are part of an increased effort to further boost If in our digital journey. In this role, you will:

Take responsibility for the overall quality in customer experience in the digital claims journey
Work together with Nordic stakeholders such as business management and development units to detail business and customer needs
Drive improvements and development of digital claims journeys together with your colleagues in digital development units
Prioritize the tasks with business stakeholders and drive them through in one or more agile development teams to create the best customer experience
Be a strong voice to drive customer centered development within If and test solutions with end customers
Collaborate cross-functionally in teams to ensure that your solutions fit into the bigger picture for customers

What do we offer?

We offer you exciting and developing tasks in an agile and customer oriented team in a Nordic environment. You will report to the Business Development Manager in Digital Customer Services, If Commercial. Office location will be Stockholm, Turku or Oslo. Travelling within the Nordics will be required.
