Responsibility  and tasks:

• Service and commissioning of systems at the costomers site.
• Service repairs and test in our internal workshop
• Extensive traveling must be expected
• Provide telephone and email support for all EFD companies and Costomers
• Assist in training of customers and new employees
• Promote aftersales activities
  
  

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in electro-technical engineering,
  process atomation or equivalent
• Service minded, proactive, quality- and solution-focused, outgoing and
  socially comitted
• Pro-active and independent approach to problem solving
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both oral and written
• Effective cross-cultural communication
