About us:
Our Identity product currently named CONNECT ID has a user base of 27 million users worldwide.

This role will be a part of the Identity Team in Telenor Digital located at Tyholt in Trondheim.

We are looking for you that can relate to the following ?quotes?:

• ?when discussing digital concepts, I feel the need to draw mockups to ease common understandings?
• ?I focus on interactions and functional design of the digital products first and foremost, graphical/ visual design can be done later or by others?
• ?in the design process I like involving developers, product managers and other designers?
• ?I care about usability and accessibility rather than simply covering the aesthetics of a digital product?
• ?I know I can never represent the users myself, therefore I am using less effort in first mockup and save my energy for the redesign after talking to users and testing the concept?

You have some or all of the following qualifications:

• Completed education within relevant fields or similar: human-computer interaction, industrial design, product design, psychology and social sciences would also be a great asset.

Experience:

• from IT industry, used to work closely with software engineers to create usable interaction designs for present and future digital products
• with conducting rapid prototyping in an agile environment and take early concepts for user testing and interviews which results you use to improve your designs
• from working with prototyping tools such as Balsamiq Mockups, InVision and/or Axure to create interactive prototypes in the early stages of design
• with creating test scripts, planning and conducting user tests and user interviews, both face to face and remotely through digital services such as usertesting.com or similar
• in assisting developers through daily communication and ensuring quality for the interaction designs implemented
