SUMMARY
You will be responsible for Microsoft end-user device management. This includes the process of defining and deploying standard images on end user devices, to ensure consistent, secure and up-to-date installations. Your role will focus on configuration and maintenance of collaboration and file sharing applications such as Microsoft SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Skype for Business etc, and interfacing to video conferencing infrastructure. We would want you to develop a skill-set to eventually encompass domain administration as well as Microsoft cloud infrastructure management. The job entails resolving support tickets as well as dispatching tickets to senior staff, as well as analyzing recurring problems to identify and develop dynamic solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor service desk and monitoring tools, ensuring that all support tickets and incidents are resolved quickly or escalated as required.
Define and manage end user device images and configurations, ensuring all systems are secured and up to date.
Manage virtual and physical video conferencing rooms and collaboration software.
Manage user accounts and group membership, as well as work towards a role defined access control environment.
Administer Microsoft servers, services and cloud applications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: B.Sc in computer science preferred but not required, MCSA/MCSE preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience within desktop support
Experience with central management of end user devices and network preferred
Knowledge about Microsoft desktop and server management and scripted installations

Good communication skills in English, both written and oral
