Capture (Min-Sky in Norway) keeps people?s most precious digital assets, their photos and videos, safely stored in the cloud. Capture offers an easy way to access and share photos and videos across multiple devices - with a strong mobile focus. Capture is one of the most successful service launches in Telenor Norway, making it one of the largest photo backup services in Scandinavia and a core digital service for Telenor.

We are looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to work closely with the development team, to further improve the user experience and value proposition, and help us evolve new features and services.

You will be working in a small dynamic product team together with Project Manager, Product Owner, Design Lead, UX Researchers, Frontend
Developers and Backend Developers. You will be working with the UX Design and UI Design processes.

The way we work is to start broad and narrow down to find solutions that adhere to our target groups. We move quickly and test rough prototypes
and talk to users to find the best solution that maximizes the value to our users.

Curiosity, humbleness and an appetite for learning new things are important abilities.

Scope of Work

• Designing and maintaining digital product that is simple, useful and
• usable;
• Making sure that our users have the best possible experience across
• all platforms (Mobile and Web);
• Solving customer pain points through research, design iteration and
• testing;
• Taking briefs mainly from Design Lead and Product Owner (other
• internal stakeholders are also included);
• Ensuring compliance with design guidelines / design direction.

Responsibilities
UI Design

Design UI in Sketch for iOS, Android and Web (animation skills is a plus).
You should be able to follow up Design Lead and defined/existing design
guidelines. Being up to date with design trends.
Document design interactions and flows in an easy way to understand.
Work closely with developers to help them implement the design in code.
You should have an understanding about what is feasible technically and
have an ongoing discussion with developers throughout the design
process/implementation.

UX Design
You should be able to participate in user research sessions, take notes,
talk to users, make observations? etc., and being able to produce
wireframes based on acquired research findings.
Build/Iterate low to high fidelity prototypes in tools such as InVision or
Origami and work in design sprints together with the team.
Communicate findings and design decisions verbally and in writing in a
structured and clear way.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with UX/UI (Seniority level: Junior to
• Middleweight)
• Up to date portfolio
• Experience of working in Agile/Lean environment
• Experience in making design for apps and web
• It will be an advantage if you have experience from telcos/tech companies and if you have relevant higher education
