Do you have experience from the AV industry?

We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Systems Architect with a positive and professional attitude. Work includes determining multiple design alternatives for Company’s meeting, visualization, collaboration and command and control systems. Assessing such alternatives based on user/client needs, Company’s design philosophy, identified constraints (such as cost, schedule, space, power, safety, usability, reliability, maintainability, availability etc.), and selecting the most suitable options for further detail design. Finalize detail design and as required present the solution internally and to the client/customer for acceptance prior to implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the sales team during the pre-sales phase
• System design, including preparation of schematics, BOMs, renderings and other technical documentation as required
• Provide internal and external technical assistance to Cyviz support or/and customer/partner as required
• Participate and contribute with technical input in customer meetings
• Develop design models and documentation (user manuals, procedures etc.)
• Provide technical support to project manager
• Participate in project handover meetings
• Liaise with systems engineers and project manager prior to system implementation to ensure a successful installation
• From time to time act as a project manager, including all aspects such as project scheduling, communication with customer, documentation and preparation of backup for invoicing
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects for operations group and Cyviz as company
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Technical education is required (electro/electronics/automation.
• IT education and/or IT strategic work experience
• Skilled worker certificate is an advantage
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English (oral and written)
• Able to handle all aspects of a project, small or large
• Customer-oriented
• Commercial mindset
• Dedicated team player
• Accurate and structured
• Flexible and able work to under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills

Languages:

• English (write and speak fluently)

Travel requirements:

• Some travel activity will be required.
