Contracts Manager

As our new Contracts Manager you will provide first line support to NOV Rig Technologies Marine & Construction (M&C) Aftermarket group. You will be the first point of contact for all tiers of M&C Aftermarket contractual matters, including negotiations, interpretations, changes, amendments, disputes, etc. The position also requires liaising with legal counsel and business areas in contractual matters. The position reports to Business line VP.

Responsibilities include:

Contract drafting, evaluation, negotiations and execution of

• Confidentiality Agreements
• Master Agreements and assignments
• Novations and Amendments

Maintenance of contractual records and documentation including

• Contract documents
• Correspondence
• Variations
• Contract closure documents, such as Handover Certificates and Completion Certificates

Developing and maintaining the Contract Management processes and procedures within the Business Process Management System (BPM)
Tendering processes and contractual discussions during tendering
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Good knowledge of the business areas commercial processes and aspects
• Able to handle the Interface between legal and commercial discussions
• BSc in Business, Law or equivalent, with relevant experience
